You'll notice immediately that these two plants are quite different in size and growth rate. Dwarf boxwoods are smaller, around 2-4 feet tall, and considered slower-growing plants. This makes them perfect for small spaces like rock gardens, and they're also easier to care for. Meanwhile, regular boxwood can grow 6-10 feet taller than dwarf boxwoods! This type of plant is also faster and requires little special care, such as trimming the leaves to make them neater and more beautiful.
